A short bus ride away so I went to Chester on yet another gorgeous day.
The clock above was built to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee in 1897. Being Shrove Tuesday cheese rolling and pancake races were on the menu!

Well, that sounds nice. We went to Chester last year - it was lovely. Today, however, I was teaching for most of the day from 9am - 9pm. Less fun...
